I have served as an operations leader in a wide variety of contexts: manufacturing, distribution, economic development, software, consumer wellness, and tech-enabled services. Family-owned businesses and PE-backed growth companies. Organizations finding their footing and organizations scaling fast. Each context added something to how I see operational problems and how I solve them.

The work has taught me to listen and learn first, that the customer experience should be the central factor in process and technology design, that the biggest effectiveness gains tend to be found in the white space between functions, and that clarity, rhythm, and structure can liberate people to make their biggest contribution.

I'm at the point in my career where I want to share what those decades of experience have taught me. Consonant Operating Advisors is my vehicle for doing that, working alongside organizations that are ready to close the gap between what they're capable of and what their current operations allow.

I have a particular affinity for mission-driven organizations in healthcare, wellness, education, and nonprofits, where that work serves something larger than the bottom line. But the conviction behind it applies anywhere people are trying to reach their potential together.
